TERMS: New and unestablished accounts will be CASH. We will be pleased to make credit arrangements for established accounts. Open account terms are payment due and payable by the 10th of the month.
Customers shall be liable for all collection costs including reasonable attorney’s fees and interest on the unpaid balance at the maximum rate allowed by law.
PRICES: All prices are subject to change without notice.
SPECIAL ORDERS: We will special order items not found in this catalog and they are subject to an additional charge. Consult with your sales representative or call our sales office for information.
CLAIMS: All claims must be made immediately upon receipt of goods. We will not honor claims which are filed after goods have been accepted or which are not made within seven days after arrival.
NON-WARRANTY: We will exercise extreme care in labeling all plants properly. We give no warranty, expressed and/or implied, as to the variety or productivity of the nursery stock purchased. No liability will be assured for any contingency beyond our control.
